About the event
Main Gathering – Friday, from 4:30pm to 9pm Open doors at 4 pm. A special film screening of A Condor over Shambhala to open the gathering, exploring prophecies and the deep connection between Indigenous traditions and Tibetan Buddhism. Elders' Prophecy Talk: After the film, Grandmother Martha Pico and Khentse Rinpoche will speak about the prophecies, sharing their wisdom and insights on how these ancient teachings relate to our current world. from Tibet—two revered elders and wisdom keepers—will share their profound knowledge and healing practices. They will be joined by Ruben Yon’ton and Api Ascasso, as we journey together through powerful ritual rhythms, sound healing, and the pure medicine of music. Kindly bring a blanket and and a mat to ensure your comfort during the gathering. The evening will conclude with a sacred fire ceremony by the sea, honouring the full moon, our ancestors, and the Earth.
